I partly agree with your opinion about the government's medical reform plans, but I don't think that the main point of the problem is the government that made this terrible plans. You said that medical personnel who were supported by the public became bad medical personnel due to the government's strong stance. But you got a wrong point. Absolutely, people admire "the doctors who work hard", not "the doctors who work only for the money and their honor". These days many medical accident and the doctors' thoughtless words have made the people disappointed with the doctors. and Finally their striking to protest this medical plan was enough to make the doctors seen as selfish. 

To sum up, In this situation, I think your opinion that doctor's striking on the medical reform plan is proper is dangerous for their images and the citizen's lives. Rather the doctors should talk sincerely with the people through the SNS, newspapers, and etc.
