Although I agree with that opinion robots should replace humans in workplace, I think your opinion makes sense, too. Especially, I have a same idea of your last reason. As you said, robots have no emotions. But slightly different from your opinion, I think robots don't have to do jobs that require emotion and empathy. Using robots' advantages, I think it can be a great benefit to humans if robots are used in various fields, such as industrial robots. For this reason, in the future, teachers and counselors will become more important.
