I agree with your opinion that we should strengthen the juvenile crime punishment.

Especially I think that teenagers abuse the weak  punishment to them too. Teenagers believe that if they commit a crime, they won't worry about themselves because the punishment will be weak. This can make them lose  sense of guilty. It would be bad for our whole society.
