I agree with that(the reinforcement of the juvenile law). However, I think they should focus not only on enforcement of laws such as the severity of punishment, but also on their rehabilitation and recovery. More crime prevention education, compliance with the law, and socially and fundamentally, efforts by the state or local governments will be needed to avoid creating a situation in which young people commit these crimes. |
