I partically agree with your opinion but have a little negative thinking about your third evidence. The idea of strengthening the juvenile law can have negative consequences, as people who commit crimes as children are more likely to commit crimes as adults. This should be aimed at cultivating perpetrators, not just by increasing the sentence, given that they are 'adolescence.' If the juvenile law is strengthened on this basis, it may result in the fall of adults in the name of criminals, which leads to secondary felonies.
