I agree you. I have seen such cases in which teenagers have committed crimes but are punished less than adults due to the influence of the juvenile law. Especially, I think juvenile law should not be applied to a school violence. Because of it, it may be hard to overcome or have died from it. But if because of juvenile law, perpetrator of a school violence get low punishment, it may leave deeper scars on victims and their families. So, I agree with you.
