I thinking the same as you are. In particular, I agree that reform alone cannot reduce the crime rate, and we can see this from several cases. And it was impressive to have a clear support for the argument by citing various pertinent reasons. But, There is one thing that I disagree with. Young people who commit crimes are said to live comfortable lives without proper punishment by juvenile law, but they do not actually live without proper punishment. |
