[1의09 노강민] I read your article with great interest. I agree with your idea. I think like you, adolescents who commit crimes can commit crimes again later. Therefore, I think increasing punishment for juvenile crimes will reduce the frequency of juvenile crimes. Many adolescents know that they can't go to jail even though they hit people or steal money now. So I argue that teens who committed crimes should be sentenced higher level of punishment than now. If the punishment were strengthened and they must be sentenced to prison, the frequency of juvenile crimes would be reduced.
