I agree with the animal experiments.

 First of all, there are plenty of treatments were developed from animal experiments. For instance, Louis Pasteur convincingly demonstrated the germ theory of medicine by inducing anthrax in sheep. Insulin was separated from the dog. Armadillos have been used to treat leprosy. Without these animal experiments, probably more people would died because of illness that there's no treatment about than what we've done.

Second, there is no alternative to animal testing for now. Computer can reveal the disease somewhat. But the computer can’t figure out everything about drug response and toxicity in the body that causes. In addition, computer is made by human being so computer must have errors. Artificial tissue culture can’t replace complex life activities of the individual units of life.

 Third, animal experimenters must defend animal right as much as possible. It is protected by law. If when you go against the law, you will be punished. For example, there are 3R regulation that means Reduction, Replacement, Refinement. This regulation be kept by the whole world, and the experimenters express their respect through memorial service.

Therefore, I agree with the animal experiments.
