【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=(재)충북테크노파크(이하 충북TP)는 19일 충북TP 본부관 대회의실에서 충북지역 기업·청년 희망이음 지원사업의 일환으로 충북지역 3개 마이스터고등학교(충북에너지고등학교, 한국바이오마이스터고등학교, 충북반도체고등학교)와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

‘희망이음 지원사업’은 산업통상자원부와 충청북도에서 지원하는 사업으로써 지역 내 강소혁신기업을 발굴하고 지역 청년들과 연계함으로써 학생들의 지역 기업에 대한 이해도 제고를 돕고 청년들의 지역 정착 유도를 통해 지역경제 활성화에 이바지하고자 하는 사업이다.

이번 사업은 지역 기업과 지역 청년 인재 간의 인식 격차를 해소하기 위해 기업 탐방, 취업 연계 프로그램, 기업 애로 해결 프로젝트, 희망이음 서포터즈, 네트워크 협의회, 충북도(중앙) 일자리사업 연계, 박람회 연계, 희망이음 멘토링제(기업CEO-청년), 희망이음 만루홈런(역량강화 교육) 등을 운영할 계획이다.

본 협약을 통해 충북TP는 지역혁신기업 및 일자리 우수기업 발굴 및 정보제공, 학교 및 학과에 적합한 기업 맞춤형 연계 및 탐방 운영을 지원하고 마이스터고등학교에서는 기업 수요에 맞춘 우수 고교인력 매칭 및 제공, 기업탐방을 위한 학생 수요조사 역할을 협력하게 된다.

(재)충북테크노파크 노근호 원장은 “마이스터고 MOU를 통해 3개 고등학교 마이스터부 및 산학협력부가 긴밀한 협력관계를 구축하고 담당자 간 협의를 통한 정보 공유가 가능할 것이다”라며 “다양한 산업군에 해당된 충북지역의 우수 기업을 발굴하는 기회를 지속적으로 마련해 지역 청년 인재와 지역 우수 기업 간 상호 인식의 격차를 줄이는 데 일조할 것”이라고 전했다.
