Everybody knows the food kimbab, but do you know the history of kimbab?

 Kimbab is a little bit different from futomaki. I think you don't know about futomaki.  Futomaki is a Japanese kimbab and it is the origin of kimbab we eat today. At first, kimbab used Vinegar and the kimbab recipe you know was first made on Daily economic 12.March.1977. And this food is very different from Japan. In Japan it is a sushi kind!

And I will tell you about kimbab kind, there are many kimbabs so today I will tell you about two old kimbab. The first one is Pickled radish kimbab, this kimbab was made by poor peoples they only ate rice, kim and Pickled radish! The second one is kimchi kimbab this one is also made by poor people.But if you like crispy kim I don't recommend you this one.
