ChungJu English Debate Club Self-introduction

2-8 Kim Nayeong

I'm Kim Nayeong, a member of ChungJu English Debate Club. I became to join here by participating in English Essay Contest and winning prize at last school festival. Though my pronounce is not good, I have interest in speaking English. So I'm glad to be in CJEDC. I'm a sophomore and science department student. Because I'm the only member who is science department, it looks like that I'm depriving another student's opportunity from the opposite department. But not at all. English is important to science department students, also. Joining this club might be helpful to me and I'm confident that I'll do well. Anyway, I'd like to introduce myself to you from now on.

I graduated from Yeseong girls' middle school and I go to ChungJu girls' high school now. But I still want to enter the female school. Especially Ehwa Womans University. My friends say I'm crazy but I really want to be admitted there. Since I entered this school, I was sometimes praised just because I'm a ChungJu girls' high school's student. I was so happy. If I go to Ehwa womans university, I'll be able to be praised. So I'll study hard and go to Ehwa. As my dream is to be a middle school science teacher, I'll go to science education department in EHWA Womans University. That's my dream.

My character can't be said in one word. I have diversifying points.(It's not that I'm a double personality person.) Sometimes I'm active. Sometimes I'm shy. Sometimes I'm lazy. Sometimes I'm comic. If someone becomes closer with me, that person can see diversifying me.

I have a disadvantage. It is that my height is only 147cm. Many people think me as a child. But remember to treat me as 18-year-old girl please.
