원어민 영어교사로 3년동안  근무하셨던 캐서린 선생님이 개인적인 사정으로  오늘까지만 근무하시고 본국인 남아프리카공화국으로 귀국하게 되어서 오늘 작별인사를 하였습니다.

다음은 캐서린 선생님의 인사말씀 입니다.

Good afternoon teachers and students

Today is a very sad day for me because I have to say goodbye to you all.

I have been at Sujeong for three years and I feel very privileged that EPIK placed me here. My years at Sujeong have been special to me and I have enjoyed getting to know everybody. I have learnt many things about teaching. Some of the highlights at Sujeong have been teaching with Sally teacher, Summer Camp and After-school.

I have also really enjoying learning about Korea… your history and your culture. Your country is very interesting with many beautiful places to visit. But Songnisan is my favorite. I will miss eating Samgyeopsal, Mushroom soup and Bibimbap. I will have to learn how to make it so I can eat it in South Africa!

Please come and visit me in South Africa. And keep on practising your English so that you can email me.

You are like my Korean family, and Boeun and Songnisan are like my Korean home. Thank you for always making me feel so welcome. I will remember you always. Thank you^^
