The battle was soon over.

All of the visitors escaped, but they left two canoes behind.

Crusoe looked inside one of them and gasped.

An old man was lying in the bottom of the boat, tied up.
한 늙은 남자가 배의 밑바닥에 눕혀저 있었고, 묶여있었다.
Crusoe helped the old man out of the boat.
크루소는 늙은 남자를 배에서 나오게 도와주었다.
As he untied him, Friday shouted with joy.
그를 풀어주자, Friday는 소리지르며 기뻐했다.
"It's my father!" he cried.
"우리 아빠잖아!" 그가 소리쳤다.
He rushed up to the old man and hugged him.
그는 늙은 남자에게 달려가서 안아주었다.
Friday and Crusoe took the captives home.
Friday와 크루소는 포로들과 집으로 갔다.
They gave them a good meal and let them rest.
그들에게 좋은 식사를 주었고 그들을 쉬게했다.
Later, the sailor told Crusoe that his friends were still on the mainland.
후에, 뱃사람은 크루소의 친구들에게 고요한 대륙에 남아있을 것인지 물었다.
Crusoe gave the sailor food and weapons and the man left, agreeing to take Friday's father home.
크루소는 뱃사람들에게 무기와 음식을 주고 남자는 떠났고, Fireday의 아빠를 집으로 보내는 것에 동의했다.

Feeling excited, he fetched his telescope.

A small boat was coming ashore, full of sailors.
작은 보트가 뱃사람들을 꽉 채우고 해변가로 왔다.
But three of them had their hands tied.
그러나 세명만 그들의 양손이 묶여있었다.
The sailors took their prisoners to a tree and tied them up.
뱃사람들은 그 포로들을 묶어서 나무에 두고 갔다.
Then they wandered off along the beach.
그 때 그들은 해변을 따라 해맸다.
Friday and Crusoe went down to the beach to see what was going on.
Friday와 크루소는 해변에 뭐가 왔는지 보려고 갔다.
The prisoners stared at Crusoe.
죄수들은 크루소를 빤히 봤다.
Then one of them spoke.
그 때 그중 한명이 말했다.
"I'm the caption of that ship," he said.
"나는 저 배의 선장입니다,"그가 말했다.
"My sailors mutinied."
"나의 뱃사람들은 폭동을 일으켰어요."
"That's terrible!" said Crusoe.
"그건 소름끼치는군!"크루소가 말했다.
Then he smiled.
그 때 그는 웃었다.
He'd had an idea.
그는 생각이 있었다.
"Well, we'll help you to escape..."
"그러면, 우리가 당신들이 탈출하게 도와주지..."
he began, "...if you promise to take us to England."
그가 권했다,"...만약 약속한다면 우리들은 영국을 손에 쥔다."
The captain nodded.
선장은 끄덕였다.
"Of course," he agreed eagerly.
"물론이지," 그는 동의했다.
When the sailors came back from exploring the island, they had a shock.
뱃사람들이 섬 탐험을 하고 돌아올 때, 그들은 충격을 받았다.

Both loved their life in England but they never forgot their time on the island together.
