My house's oldest gecko is doing ecdysis. He does ecdysis once a month. Usually geckos lick their old skin off to a new skin. so when it's time for their ecdysis, their old skin turns white.

and they get off. today, i took a picture of my gecko in the middle of a ecdysis.if you see the left leg, he already licked it so it's yellow and the other skin is still white.
