First of all, I argued that we should not use tumblers and eco-bags. (The reasons are in my writing :) )But there are also some good sides in them. So we need to use 'properly'. (Because now there are many different academics who argues about using them and uncertain figures which are hard to judge them exactly as a 'student'.. Many professors also find it difficult to give a definite answer because they have many pros and cons about this topic as you can see in my writing. )

In my writing, I was intending to write the paragraph starting with 'So, What should we do in the future?' just for additional 'solution' of the future. Moreover, I said 'make public advertisement' to change citizen's cognition. Few people now know that tumblers and eco-bags emit a lot of carbon. I also got to know through this competition. Therefore, I thought it was necessary to inform people through public service advertisements. I don't think I need to answer how to advertise. (The government will take care of it.)

Additionally, I insisted that tumblers and eco-bags should not be used, I made the exception of saying that they need to be used in multi-use facilities such as schools and companies.
