I totally agree with your argument that the zoo system should be abolished. In particular, it was impressive that the zoo system infringes on the ethical aspects of animals and undermines the personality growth of children. If there is a real need to protect animals, I think we should look for alternatives other than the zoo system.

But in my opinion, zoos can be the place raising human-centered thinking rather than educational place. If children get used to zoos from an early age, they may not be able to recognize a lot of problems of zoo systems. And the third reason, zoos cannot be a fortification for endangered animals, is very interesting. I really empathize that the right place for animals is nature that human should not destory.
