I agree with your opinion that game addiction can have a bad effect on a person's personality. But, I can't agree with your opinion that 'people' can become violent or even commit crimes. A person commiting crimes due to game addiction is not an ordinary person. They would commit the crime by other stimulating factors, even if they are not necessarily game addiction. So, I think it is not right to use 'people' in your sentence. I want to ask your thought about this matter. How do you think about it?

Even if game addiction harms society, it should not be classified as a disease. Can game addiction be a direct cause of crime or social damage. Perhaps it is a complex cause. The cause should not be regarded as a game. Therefore, games cannot be a direct cause and can't be declared a disease. How do you set a clear standard?
